For years, Dallas had been associated with one idea: big. Big hair, big hats, and big attitude. Over time, however, it became clear that “big” wasn’t a big reason to come back. We needed something that would inspire people to rediscover a city they thought they already knew.

We set out to connect with first time and repeat visitors alike by repositioning Dallas to show them the many sides of the city they never knew existed. The culturally diverse neighborhoods. The world-class food scene. And the largest contiguous arts district in the nation.

The Results
Not only did we drive record visitations just one year after the COVID pandemic, we did so in large part by attracting more repeat visitors than ever before, resulting in over 125,000 incremental leisure trips and the highest campaign favorability rankings in a decade.
